Clinic Policies

At Dermaloxy, we are committed to providing every client with a professional, safe, and comfortable experience. To ensure the best possible care and respect for everyone's time, we kindly ask that you review our clinic policies before booking an appointment.

Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork or consultation forms.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule your appointment.

Consultation

A consultation may be required before your first treatment. During your consultation, we will discuss:

  • Your skincare concerns
  • Medical history
  • Current medications
  • Treatment goals
  • Expected results
  • Possible risks and aftercare

Providing accurate information helps us recommend the safest and most effective treatment plan.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to avoid disrupting other scheduled clients.

Whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods available at our clinic.

Training course deposits or tuition may have separate payment terms.

Refund Policy

Services Rendered

Services already performed are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your treatment results, please contact us so we can discuss appropriate follow-up care.

Training & Equipment

Training fees, equipment purchases, and deposits may have separate refund policies that will be provided before purchase.

Health & Safety

Please inform us before your appointment if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have allergies
  • Have active skin infections
  • Have recently undergone cosmetic procedures
  • Are taking medications that may affect your treatment
  • Have any medical condition relevant to your care

Your safety is our highest priority.

Treatment Results

Every individual responds differently to aesthetic treatments. Results vary depending on factors such as:

  • Skin type
  • Age
  • Lifestyle
  • Home skincare routine
  • Treatment plan

While we strive to achieve excellent outcomes, no specific results can be guaranteed.

Aftercare

Following the recommended aftercare instructions is essential for achieving the best possible results. Failure to follow aftercare recommendations may affect treatment outcomes.

If you experience unexpected reactions after treatment, please contact us promptly.

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm and professional treatment environment, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you unless necessary.

With your written permission, before-and-after photographs may be taken for your confidential client record.

Images will never be used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
